## 2. Personal Data We May Collect
Depending on how you use our services, we may collect the following categories of personal data:
- your first and last name;
- your telephone number and WhatsApp contact details;
- your email address, if you provide it to us;
- information needed to process your booking, including dates, times, pickup and destination locations, flight number, number of passengers, and special requests;
- the content of messages exchanged with JetLoop;
- information relating to the service booked and its payment, without directly storing your banking information when payment is handled by an external payment provider;
- technical information related to your use of the website, such as your IP address, browser, device, and technical logs, when this information is collected by our hosting, security, or analytics providers.
Please do not send sensitive personal data or information that is not necessary for your booking through WhatsApp.
## 3. How We Use Your Data
We may use your personal data to:

- create, confirm, modify, and fulfil your booking;
- organise your transfer, excursion, or other service;
- provide useful information about your driver, pickup, or service;
- provide customer support and handle complaints;
- improve the quality, security, and operation of our services;

- comply with our administrative, accounting, and legal obligations;
- send marketing communications only where permitted by law or where you have given your consent.
## 4. Legal Basis for Processing
Depending on the circumstances, we process personal data based on:
- taking steps at your request or performing your booking contract;
- your consent, particularly for certain optional communications;
- JetLoop's legitimate interests in providing customer support, protecting its systems, and improving its services;
- compliance with applicable legal obligations.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
## 5. WhatsApp and Automated Assistant
When you contact JetLoop through WhatsApp, your telephone number, profile name, message content, and certain technical information may be processed by **Meta/WhatsApp** in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
JetLoop may use an automated assistant to answer common questions more quickly and facilitate booking requests. In this context, certain information contained in your messages may be transmitted securely, and only to the extent necessary, to the technical providers used to operate the automation, including **n8n** and **OpenAI API services**.
The automated assistant may make mistakes. Important information about prices, availability, or booking conditions must be confirmed by JetLoop. You may request assistance from a person at any time by writing “human agent” or clearly stating your request.
Please do not send the automated assistant sensitive information, passwords, complete payment card details, or copies of identity documents unless JetLoop expressly requests them and they are strictly necessary for the service.
## 6. Recipients and Service Providers
Your personal data is accessible only to persons and providers who need it to deliver the service, including:
- the JetLoop team and, where necessary, the driver or provider assigned to your booking;
- website hosting and maintenance providers;
- Meta and WhatsApp for message delivery;
- n8n for workflow automation;
- OpenAI when the automated assistant is used;
- relevant payment, accounting, or support providers;
- competent authorities where disclosure is required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
Some providers may process data outside Morocco. Where this occurs, we take reasonable and appropriate steps to govern the processing in accordance with applicable rules and the providers’ contractual commitments.
## 7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:
- enquiries and customer service messages are kept for a reasonable period after the last contact to provide follow-up support and resolve potential disputes;
- booking, payment, and invoice information is kept for the time needed to provide the service and then for the periods required by accounting, tax, or other legal obligations;
- data used only for marketing purposes is deleted when you withdraw your consent or object to its use, unless continued retention is required by law;
- technical and security data is retained for the period needed to detect incidents and protect our services.
After the applicable retention period, data is deleted or anonymised unless further retention is necessary to comply with the law or establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.

JetLoop applies reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure of personal data. However, no internet-based communication or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Subject to the conditions of applicable data protection law, you may request:
- access to the personal data we hold about you;
- correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- deletion of your data;
- objection to certain processing activities;
- restriction of processing;
- withdrawal of your consent where processing is based on consent.

Please provide the telephone number or email address used for your conversation or booking. Once the request has been verified, we will delete the relevant data within a reasonable period, except for information we must retain to comply with a legal, accounting, or tax obligation or to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.

Our website may contain links to WhatsApp, social media platforms, payment providers, or other websites. JetLoop is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing them with personal data.
